Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera has been a fitness celebrity and Instagram star for years. Ashley was born in the USA in August of 1994, under the signs of Leo. Ashley isn't very open about her parents. However she credits her father as being the one who gave her the motivation to work out. His grandfather was a bodybuilder who had a lot of fun when was in his 30s and 40s. Ashley has always been very active. When she was 4 she began to swim, and continued doing it for about 10 years. There is a strong belief that Ashley competed in diverse events. But, she was not devote herself to enough, as she wasn't willing to adhere to strict diet guidelines so that her body would perform optimally. Her popularity was somewhat high during her time in high school mostly thanks to her attractive looks and her curvy body however, it's unclear whether she dated anybody at this point in her life. Ashley matriculated and decided that she would not enroll at a college. Instead, Ashley focused her energy towards a job as a fitness model. Ashley realized that she was unhappy with how her body appeared when she was fifteen. She was encouraged by her grandpa who advised her to join the fitness center. He advised her to take it slow and build up her body slowly. Ashley attended the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014, and finished 7th. The victory was a source of inspiration for her to work harder and train more. Ashley won the fifth spot at the WBFF World Championships in 2015. Following this she decided not to compete again. As she continued to compete in tournaments, she would receive offers of shoots. She didn't want to join her two careers. When she decided to stop playing and resigned from the sport, she began working as a fitness model. When she was featured on the cover of an acclaimed fitness magazine she was in a position to begin her fitness modeling career after signing with an agency for modeling. Since then, she has gained a reputation as a sought-after model. She has been a model for a variety of bikini companies and internationally renowned companies in the clothing industry.
